Our Prophet ﷺ  taught us to make the following du`a after completing each obligatory prayer:
Allahumma anta-s-salamu wa minka-s-salamu tabarakta ya dhul jalali wal ikram
“O Allah, You are As-Salaam and from You is all peace, blessed are You, O Possessor of majesty and honor”
 [Saheeh Muslim 1334]
Why do we say this after Salah?
What do we want protection from?
From the mistakes committed during the Salah.
A Salah void of khushoo [humility] is struck back on the person and not accepted
By making this du`a we ask Allah to save us from the consequences of any shortcoming or displeasing thing that we committed during our prayer
▪ This is the benefit of following the Sunnah you’re guided to the best ways
▪ When someone is overwhelmed by anxiety, fear or worry they should call upon Allah using His name As-Salaam and seek protection, security and tranquility from Him
